Purchasing

Minimum order: our mouldings are sold directly to trade customers in minimum quantities of 100 metres. We are able to make custom profiles in minimum quantities of 500 metres, simply send us a sample, or drawing with all dimensions and we will then advise you of price and lead time.

Delivery and carriage: we aim to despatch all orders promptly. Deliveries in the London area are made using our own vans. All other deliveries are made using national carriers and are charged at cost. Goods can also be collected from our warehouse in SW London.

Moulding lengths are non-standard and vary between 2 and 3 metres due to manufacturing process and most importantly the length of the tree trunks.

Claims: any damaged goods or shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt
